STOCK AVAILABILITY
Designer Carts will endeavour to supply all items published in their online stores. In the unlikely event your order cannot be fulfilled immediately, your order will be placed on backorder and you will be notified via email of the new estimated delivery date.
We want you to VOOM for many many kilometres!
Your VOOMcart has been manufactured to the highest standards of durability and endurance. Your VOOMCart was carefully inspected for any material and manufacturing defects before it was shipped to you.
We expect that you will be enjoying your VOOMcart for years to come; however, we recognize that unforeseen performance issues may arrive.
For How Long is my VOOMcart under Warranty?
Designer Carts will honour a limited 2 year warranty (from date of purchase) if the following conditions are met:
- Possession of your original proof of purchase
- Warranty duration is limited to 2 year from proof of purchase date
The 2 Year Warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship, including the following:
- Chassis
- Frame
- Bins
- Undercarriage Hammock
- Fabrics
- Zippers
- Velcro
- Snaps
The 2 Year Warranty does not cover claims and/or damage caused by the following:
- Misuse
- Abnormal use
- Dirt, sand, and/or staining caused by use
- Poor handling from airline or freight company
- General wear and tear
- Second hand products
- Overloading -- we guarantee that our VOOMcart will carry up to 50 lbs
- Mold, stains, rust, or sun damage from general use
- Torn or worn handgrips from general use
- Modification of products
- Poorly maintained and/or stored products
- Lost or stolen products
- Use other than specified by the VOOMcart’s instruction manual
- Damage to wheels/tires such as holes, tears and punctures
- Improper installation of third party products that are incompatible with VOOMcart
How do I make an warranty claim?
If you meet all the warranty requirements listed above and have obtained the information necessary to submit your claim, fill out our contact us form. Include as much information as possible.
You will also need to email us photos of your VOOMcart’s defects. Please take photographs of the defect from as many angles as possible. We will ask you some simple questions as to how and when the defect occurred. Please share your comments and/or suggestions to help us make VOOMcart even better!
Due to seasonality of stock we cannot guarantee that customers will be able to purchase the same item that is the subject of their warranty claim.
AFTERPAY
TRANSIT COVER AND LOST PARCELS
Transit Cover is automatically added to your shipment. Transit Cover provides peace of mind that your goods are protected from loss or damage during transport.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all please reach out through our 'Contact' page, and include your order number. Designer Carts will raise a claim with Australia Post, and if your item lost or damaged in transit, we will provide replacement goods at no extra charge. Replacement goods will not be sent out until Designer Carts has received confirmation from Australia Post that the goods have been deemed lost or damaged.
Transit Cover does not cover incorrectly addressed items, errors made by the purchaser on the order, or if you have given authority to leave the goods in a safe place.
DELIVERY STANDARDS
Orders placed on Designer Carts are shipped via Australia Post.
Designer Carts endeavours to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. Designer Carts accepts no responsibility for shipping timing and delays once goods leave our warehouse. During busy postage periods (e.g. Christmas and the Covid-19 pandemic) delivery times may increase. Designer Carts will not refund delivery charges due to delayed delivery.
TRACK YOUR ITEM
Once your order is despatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking details. All order tracking and delivery enquiries should be directed to Australia Post.
You will be able to track your order online at https://auspost.com.au/
TAX INVOICES
Designer Carts will supply a compliant tax invoice with the delivery of your goods.
INCORRECT DETAILS SUPPLIED
If you supply incorrect delivery information and your parcel is unable to be delivered, the items will be returned to Designer Carts. Once received, Designer Carts will contact you to confirm re-delivery details. In cases where incorrect details have been supplied, a re-delivery charge will apply.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Depending on the delivery carrier used, if you are unavailable at the time of delivery a card will be left notifying you of a pickup location. These items are held at this location for a maximum of 7 days. After this time they will be returned to Designer Carts and you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
RETURNS
You can return items to us if they are:
- faulty
- incorrectly described
- different from sample shown
- not of an acceptable quality
To ask for an exchange, repair or refund, you will need to provide evidence that you purchased the product from us via an order confirmation, tax Invoice or proof of purchase.
All claims must be made in writing (with images if relevant) within 7 days from date of delivery to marketing@warequip.com.au - We will assess the claim and if it is found to be faulty or unfit for its intended purpose, we will offer you an exchange, repair or refund (depending on issue).
All refunds issued will be made using the same method as your original payment.
If parts can be supplied to replace damaged components, Designer Carts will post these free of charge.
If your item needs to be returned to Warequip Solutions for repair or exchange, Warequip Solutions will provide you the appropriate postage label and you simply lodge the package at your local post office (no postage charge to you). Warequip Solutions will return the repaired item to you at no additional charge once repaired.
